Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from receiving the order. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping fees can vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, and package size. To ensure a smooth return process and minimize shipping costs, we recommend using trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

If the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact our customer support team for a prepaid return shipping label.

For international returns, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated carrier or customs charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
