Terms and Conditions for Scandinavian Selection LLC "Scandi Select"

Welcome to Scandinavian Selection LLC (“Scandi Select,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or make any purchases.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Scandi Select. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the product information or pricing, or other issues we identify.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your preferences and needs:

Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Priority Shipping ($30, 2-3 business days): If you need your items sooner, choose our Priority Shipping option, which guarantees delivery within 2 to 3 business days for an additional $30 fee. Please note that the Priority Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Free International Shipping (for orders over $200, 6-18 business days): Duties & Taxes included. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 18 business days. Please note that the International Shipping cost is non-refundable.

$50 International Shipping ($50 for orders under $200, 6-18 business days): Duties & Taxes included. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 18 business days. Please note that the International Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Express International Shipping ($100, 1-5 business days): Duties & Taxes included. For faster international delivery, choose this option with an estimated arrival of 1 to 5 business days. Please note that the International Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are based on the date of shipment and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Tracking Your Order: After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

3. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process: Contact us at info@scandiselect.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to Scandinavian Selection LLC, 1199 Adams Lane, Southlake, Texas, 76092. If your return is accepted, Scandi Select will provide you with a return shipping label for your order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that for international returns, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated carrier or customs charges.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to address the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If you do not receive a refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@scandiselect.com.
4. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@scandiselect.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the item.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Scandinavian Selection LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scandinavian Selection LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
